PLANNING AN EVENT AT THE CAPITOL

Every year, thousands of Michiganders participate in events at the Capitol. Events include hosting advocacy days, exhibits and even protests. Below, you can find our quick and easy application process that will assist you in reserving your desired space(s).

Step 1: Capitol Event and Exhibit Planner

Review these forms to make sure your group is prepared for its day at the Capitol. It includes critical information, such as what to do during emergency situations, as well as a description of the items that are prohibited (such as helium balloons).

Step 2: Capitol Event Scheduling Form

Use this form to apply to reserve space for your targeted date and time.
